Connection takes energy. Those people that take the time to connect, tap into a feeling that’s priceless.

It’s that one degree of change or insight that creates such a huge shift with people.

I love doing that for my clients and they can feel it. What they don’t realize is I get my serotonin rush at the same time they’re feeling the same.

    Great clip TR.

    Well said.

Those were examples of Dr Stephen Covey’s making emotional deposits … Those were two major examples (deposits) that would be added to the couple’s other experiences at the Wynn Properties … for a SUM Total of big positive or a negative when they left the property.

  12. Very good stuff. Everyone has a story and it is when you listen that you can make change. I passed this onto the CEO of a company I work for since he was talking about things we can do as front end people with the customers.

    Dear Mr. Wynn and Robbins,

Thank you for sharing! I am a home based salon business building it, and feel gratification in knowing that this is “exactly how I serve” all my clients:) I look forward to taking this to another level of building my income and opening up a public space next with employees and training them in the same manner. I am honored to hear I am on track by such a huge example as Mr. Wynn.

    Sincerely, Roxanne Colorado

Great video. Lee Cockerell s book “create magic” contains stories like this, you should read it!
He was responsible for the Walt Disney World Resort and all the hotels, I really loved the book.
