Frank Kern always gives amazing business advice! Himself and Tony are a strong team!

  2. Tony,
What i hear you saying in this video is that I need to find the irresistible offer that will move my target to take action and engage with me or make the first move towards my offer.

  3. Avatarpoint says:

    Very Informative, Mr. Robbins

  4. Very Cool Video , Thanks From Oman.

  5. Fabi says:

Interesting concept, don’t follow the crowd and be creative with your marketing effort. I think we should reveal our uniqueness to the world by how we market ourselves and our products. People sense the different vibration and be attracted to it without choice.

  6. Joe High says:

Intrigued by the message. How do you come up with ‘The Irresistable Offer?’ Put on our “thinking caps” I guess.

  7. kanabeda says:

    Very good…

  8. Geoff Beattie says:

Great video Tony / Frank, it’s suprising how you can get great ideas when you just stop, step back and THINK!
    Thank you
    Geoff

  9. That was excellent.

We are working with Richard Petrie of MT2 New Zealand, and it is about finding the right market and making that irresistable offer and quarantee then this sets you above your competition.

    Kind Regards

  10. Awesome food for thought Tony. Classic quote:

    “Changing an offer costs nothing.”

    Thanks for sharing!

  11. John Barry says:

This is great stuff. Making the irresistible offer is definitely something that every business has to learn. I really like the offer you suggest to the Diamond guy. Frank and Tony together. That is killer.

  12. Anirudh B says:

    Awesome!

Where can we catch the entire seminar?

Is it online, is it recorded on dvds?

    Thanks!

  13. Blaine Glynn says:

I love how you guys demonstrate how the little change in the offer really can make such vast improvements. And it is so easy to test! Use a tool like google website optimizer (free) to set up an a/b split test on your lead generation page and run some traffic to it, you will be able to tell within 100-200 visits which one produces better results, then keep the winning one and split test that with another variable, in time you could convert 1000X better.

Also, Tony – loved the tip at the end, it’s so important to focus on running the business from the 3rd person point of view rather than being the hardest working employee in your own business. We create them to generate wealth and help people not to work harder at a job.

  14. Tony I am presently attending your UPW seminar with my wife of 42 years in Ft Lauderdale and wanted to get more specific information on why I should attend the Business Mastery upcoming event in June.
I am a practicing dentist (39 years) who retired as a Colonel from USAF and after 17 years in a leased office moved into my own brand new 3,000 sq ft office building ($1.5 M + investment) with the latest in dental techology and interior design. I am still very passionate about my profession and I believe that my continuing education, experience, training, knowledge, personality, friendly and compassinate team ia part of my X-FACTOR but is Business Mastery the right choice for me now? 15. Sophie says:

I loved the part about the “right offer” vs. the “right marketing”.

You just sold a spot for the next Business Mastery.

  16. Dibyendu De says:

The concept of X factor is brilliant. By using creativity and changing the pitch of your offer to something irresistible we can win customer loyalty for life. Customer retention does not become a problem. Great insight. Thanks a lot.

  17. Paula says:

Thanks Tony & Frank – great advice!

  18. Brice Howe says:

Brilliant stuff, Tony…thank you. Sorry I missed your course in Ft. Lauderdale…had another obligation.

    All the best,
    Brice

  19. Robbins and Kern together. Wish I’d have been there for the summit. Massive content for a 6 minute video. Love it. Hope they box the summit for sale as media.

  20. Ellery says:

Haha, Truly Frank Kern style, I love that.

Frank Kern style always: find target market, get the offer right, and deliver!

Thanks Tony for this good video.

  21. Having been a “Raving Fan” of you Tony for over 25 years now, it is these kinds of things that you deliver and give us as your “Raving Fans” that has compelled and elevated me to be so loyal, faithful, and dedicated to you for over a quarter of a century now. Keep it coming Tony. Your stuff after all these years is still the most aligned, cutting-edge, and relevant content, information, and material around.

  22. Anca says:

Thank you for sharing some of your insights with the public. I have witnessed tremendous value when I attended your event in person, so I am grateful for your generosity in sharing some of that value freely online.

Also – for tackling an issue in the environment lately – it seems more and more people expect a call, put their phone numbers out there (from friends to recruiters), as if the new rule of interest would be if they receive the call. Question of quality is, by the same ‘rule’ if they’re not calling themselves does that mean ‘they’re’ not that much interested in the first place? :)

Comes back to fundamentals: decide what you want, and then find ways for it regardless of the market culture. (or through it)

    Much appreciation Tony,
    Anca

  23. kasi says:

I think that you and frank are exactly right.Taking the pressure out of buying and giving them a killer alternative will make people respond or convert. Some business owners may be aware of this factor or totally oblivious to thinking outside the box.You made a good point about how much will this cost to make a better offer? I think some business owners are concerned with how much something costs which is not a bad thing but can hurt when trying to keep valued returning customers. It’s not so much as the offer itself but how you say it and getting creative.

  24. Robertas says:

Frank Kern is awesome! Thanks Tony!

P.S. He is starting to lose the Lebowski look :/ ;D

  25. A super reminder from two of my all time inspirational people! Thanks Tony and Frank :)
It really is about putting our focus on servicing the customer, to make them happy and fullfil their needs. And create that irresistible offer. To over deliver. Then we’ll have a relationship for life. And no customer is more valuable than the one who comes back for more or talks to his friends about the experience.

  26. Mike Chaplin says:

Great video, thnx! Frank is my favorite guy in the whole marketing community.

  27. Jim says:

5% and 10% off offers *never* interest me. In fact, they always bore me. Great job in helping this guy come up with a truly compelling offer!

  28. Super job, Tony! How come you make everything seem so easy? Because it IS easy? The simplicity of your suggestions is wonderful – that’s why I keep coming back for more. “Awaken the Giant Within” was the best book I ever read 25 years ago and I learn something from you at ever encounter. Thank you!

  29. Caleb Walker says:

Tony and Frank, you guys are awesome!

This is an inspirational video for a small business owner. Seeing everyone raise their hands in response to your question of which offer sounds the best gave me chill bumps.

  30. Pat Hogan says:

This free six minute video is more valuable than many of the courses I’ve paid thousands for from other “gurus”.

I agree with Frederick: both Tony and Frank have an amazing ability to boil down complex problems to concepts so simple you’re almost mad you didn’t see it before.

Now to get to work creating an “Irresistable Offer” for my Roofing Company!

    Thanks!!!

  31. Tony,

THANK YOU not only for this amazing lesson but also for sharing it online. I am so grateful that I was privileged to be in the room for this interaction as a participant at Business Mastery Las Vegas.

This particular interaction resonated with me very personally, as this “small business owner” is my beloved dad.

I attended my first event with Tony in November at UPW NJ, and then attended Date With Destiny. At DWD I signed up for Business Mastery largely because of your offer that I could bring someone. I knew I wanted to give my dad the opportunity to learn from you, and find a way to help him grow his business and take it to the next level. When I returned from DWD I told him about my experiences and offered him the opportunity to come to Business Mastery with me. He was initially hesitant to come, and although he decided pretty quickly to step up, he was certainly nervous about what to expect.

I am SO PROUD of my dad for the way he stepped up and played full out during Business Mastery. His willingness to stand up and expose his uncertainty in that session really allowed him to get top-notch advice from you and Frank, and it has transformed his outlook and his business. In fact, he has seen more immediate results than I have! In addition, our shared experience at Business Mastery has strengthened our relationship.

I just returned from serving on crew at UPW FL and look forward to continuing to give back to you and your amazing community for all you have given me.

    THANK YOU!!

  32. As somebody who works for Business Breakthroughs International, I’ll tell you how invaluable this video is if you apply it. I actually went to share it on my FB wall, but it looks like we have to get some share buttons on this blog. Otherwise, it looks amazing!

    Cheers,
    David

  33. Loris Allen says:

Hello! Mr Robbins. my name is Loris and I have a few question for you sir!. I have been thinking about starting a Ebay internet type business. I have some ideas on how to structure business but dont have enough know how about the internet business.I first dont know is this type business is a good choice. I have all the tools to get started but dont know how to sale item on the internet or get customer traffic through to buy. The truth of the matter Mr Robbins, I have been ill for the pass 7 years and while trying to get the energy to figure out how to build income from home. I look into incomeathome.com and thats was a joke. So, I decide to ask you your thoughts. I know it take a little money to make money but do know it is a way to take baby steps from $0 dollars to $500.00 dollars to $1,000.00 to $5,000.00 a month income. I willing to work hard to make it happen but I get tired of these dead end streets. I need your advice Sir! If you can.

  34. Thank you Tony(and Frank). I’ve been a client of yours, Tony, for 6-8 years now. As a result, I’ve been able to shed my limiting beliefs(that I didn’t even know I had), and am now surpassing any expectations I might have had as a young man, in terms of business success and income. In fact, I’m on the verge of launching my knew product called Climbing Out-90 Days to Discipline, which is a program designed to get us all focused on the 2-3 most high value tasks in our lives and businesses, so that we leverage the power of compound results. I expect the launch, based on what we’re seeing now in terms of testing results, to exceed a million dollars when we launch in June. I have raised the expectations of the launch several times and am now upping the ante, starting with those expectations. And the whole thing is possible because of what I’ve been able to do in terms of a personal transformation from immersing myself in your programs(Personal Power), which has given me the strategy and philosophy/beliefs to build a strong psychology, and tactically from this Money Masters series. I’ve bought both Eben’s and Jeff Walker’s stuff and am real darn close to my first big, successful product launch of what I feel is the very thing that can help these tens of millions of people in our country rise up out of this misery and start living their lives according to rules-rules that will allow them to grow and become the very best versions of themselves. All because you’ve opened up a part of me I never knew existed. I’ll never be able to re-pay you for what you’ve done for me and my family. Thanks so much.

  35. Frank & Tony is awesome, wish I could see the rest of this.

  36. Excellent points.
